Manchester is once again going to the dogs! The 7th Annual Mutt Strut is the must attend event for animal lovers in the fall! Come join us for a 1-mile walk/jog around Manchester’s scenic Dorrs Pond at Livingston Park. Dogs are welcome!

The event is being held Sunday, September 24, 2017. The event starts at 10 am with the walk starting at 10:30 am and running to 1 pm. Registration begins at 9 am. There will be lots of great vendors, handmade items, raffles and much more!

Preregistered walk participants will pay a $20 registration fee and all walkers under 12 are free; day of registration is $25. All proceeds from the Mutt Strut go directly to benefit the animals in the care of FMAS. Community support is critical to advancing the mission of rehoming Manchester’s abused, abandoned and homeless animals and ending pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs.

Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter is a non-profit, No Kill shelter helping abused, abandoned, and homeless animals in the city of Manchester. Each year FMAS provides over 1800 animals with food, shelter and medical care. In addition to shelter services, FMAS provides free and low-cost spay/neuter services, low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics and a free pet food pantry to over 2500 families for their pets in time of need.
