Feline Quick Fix Cat Spay & Neuter Clinic

The Feline Quick Fix clinic is a low-cost spay and neuter program for cats, coordinated by Manchester Animal Shelter in partnership with Animal Rescue Veterinary Services (ARVS) in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This program is designed for low-income Manchester residents and provides essential care to help reduce cat overpopulation.


Current Status:
The Feline Quick Fix clinic is currently on hold due to building renovations. Future clinic dates are expected once renovations are completed.

Clinic Day: What to Expect

All appointments take place at Animal Rescue Veterinary Services (ARVS):

Drop-Off Time:
8:15 AM – 9:00 AM

Drop-off is quick and handled directly at the clinic.


  • Pickup:
    You will receive a call between     12:00 PM – 3:00 PM with your pickup time
  • All cats must be picked up no later than 4:00 PM
  • Be sure your voicemail is set up and not full


Arriving on time and being available for pickup is required for the clinic to run smoothly.

What's Included

The Feline Quick Fix clinic includes:



  • Spay or neuter surgery
  • Nail trim
  • Rabies and distemper vaccines (if needed)
  • Treatment for fleas or ear mites (if needed)
  • A microchip may be available for an additional cost

Before You Arrive

To prepare for your appointment:


  • No food after midnight (cats over 4 months)
  • No food after 7:00 AM (kittens under 4 months)
  • Water is allowed
  • Use a secure carrier with a towel or blanket
  • One cat per carrier


You will also need to complete required forms and payment before your appointment. 

Important Location Note

ARVS can be difficult to find.



When using GPS, be sure to select Londonderry, NH (not Derry) and search for “Animal Rescue Veterinary Services.” The clinic is located behind FIS Insurance.

Directions from the South

  • Head north on I-93
  • Take Exit-5
  • At the bottom of the ramp turn left onto SR-28 (Rockingham Rd)
  • Continue on Rockingham Rd. for approximately 0.7 miles.
  • We are located on the right hand side in the back of FIS insurance.

Directions from the North

  • Head south on I-93
  • Take Exit-5
  • At the bottom of the ramp turn right onto SR-28 (Rockingham Rd)
  • Continue on Rockingham Rd. for approximately 0.6 miles. We are located on the right hand side in the back of FIS insurance.
